My Story
My lifelong passion is Dogs, since owning my first rescue dog as a small child I have never been without a dog by my side, I knew from that point they would always be a part of my family. I had attended Aunties with my nervous Rescue dogs to use the Spa facilities, I knew from then that there was much more to Aunties than even I had realised. The passion for the dogs and their welfare was very clearly important to the staff, I saw the happiness in the faces of the dogs as they arrived for Daycare. There was no hesitation from owners as they left their dogs for a day of fun, they knew they were in great hands. When I saw the position for Manager advertised for the Preston branch I knew that this would be my opportunity to spend my working days with Dogs too, within an environment that was incredibly ethical & where the health & Happiness is paramount – So here I am.
Favourite Breed and Why
My Favourite breed is the Staffordshire bull terriers, I love their passion for learning and their love of people and children. They have such amazing characters, incredibly loving but full of cheekiness! They love nothing more than a being as close to you as they can and home comforts and company.

My Story
When I got my dog Marley I become greatly interested in learning about dogs and their behaviour. I’ve always loved dogs so I decide to change my career completely and apply for a job that would be rewarding and bring me lots of new memories.

Picking just one is hard because I love all breeds for different reasons. I would have to pick the terrier group. I own a terrier, they are full of personality & energy.

My Story
I ended up at Aunties because I had been out of work for a few years and had got to the stage mentally where I felt like getting back into work. I have worked with dogs for years in the M O D as a dog handler and the chance to work with dogs again was a job I really wanted to do.

My Story
Before working at Aunties I was a Legal Secretary in a Law Firm. I did enjoy my job but it wasn't the career I wanted to do. I came across the job vacancy for a Daycare Leader at Aunties and thought this is the job I want to do as I have always wanted to work with dogs. I love interacting with the dogs and learning something new every day.
